Off to square one, super restrictive diet. I was hoping to be back to "normal" but I think I have to stay away from sugar/carbs and keep to basics, nuts, berry, meats, vegetables etc. I have been ignoring the pain and me getting sick is a sign of my immune system going haywire so back to where I was two months ago, felt amazing then so it really is a no brainer.
