Yum, made this the other day. I have not had this in over 20 years. Since there are two of us (me included) in the family with gluten intolerance I am trying to convert some old favorites so we may eat them again. The taste was right for this recipe but the crust fell apart when cutting. I think I need to pre-bake the bottom to make it more stable. It is OK for the top to crumble. As you can see by what is left it was a hit!
