My son is going as Optimus Prime, my favorite transformer by the way! Parade at school today and then off trick or treating.  Then pumpkin cupcakes!  What could be better.

Quick post before I leave

Early appointment to the dentist! Did not get anything on Zazzle yesterday.  Ended up putting up drywall.  We want to finish the room before Thanksgiving so will not be posting to Zazzle as much until done.  I am still working on one motorcycle print.  I have to figure out a way to make it go faster.  Takes too long to post.

Wild Wednesday

Well started a motorcycle print to upload.  Didn't finish it yesterday but will today.  Did finish a snowflake design through so at least one thing posted!  I am still sick.  From what I gather from the grapevine is it can be a 2 week virus.  Thought it was the croup since my son's bout with it but apparently not.  It has cycled into the whole family.  The sinus pressure makes it hard to work on the computer, headache and watery eyes. Of course it is a beautiful day and I will get some time out in it.

Tomorrow there may be a late post.  I have an early dentist appointment for my son so it will depend on how hurried we are.  And of course Friday is Halloween!  Cupcakes with pumpkin icing....yum!

I didn't think it could get worse...

but am wrong.  I feel terrible.  Got partially through some posting of products on Zazzle yesterday and that was it.  Eyes watering, coughing, headache, fever and sore throat.  Arrggh.  We will see what I can accomplish today.

I think it mutated...

I am still sick or new sick. Still tired cause sleep is elusive. Going to try and get back on schedule. Got to get more on zazzle since nothing last week.

Think I gained 10 pounds, correction,  I know I did.  The only thing that makes me feel better is eating. Not good.

I promise to add showcase artwork tomorrow.  Been selling nicely. Hope it keeps up.

It's Friday!

My son went back to school yesterday and it went well.  I didn't sleep well last night.  Once you get over tired it is so hard to actually fall asleep. I don't want to take anything, that really doesn't help, makes things worse so I am just taking naps when I can.  Oh, and trying not to be too goofy!! I get goofy and I eat and eat and eat when over tired.  Well the pants still fit so that is all that matters. Hopefully I get some sleep so that remain so.

I got my office almost back together.  I hope to be back posting on Zazzle on Monday. It will be sporadic as I will be tiling a new bathroom floor, putting up wall board and mudding, taping and sanding.  Exciting times!

Sleep...

Oh, what I would give for a few hours of sleep. Finally my son slept through the night. I was up to make sure since when it gets bad at night for him, it gets BAD.

He is going to school today.  A good chance for a nap but no, construction.  They will be on the roof today drilling.  Have to sneak in some zzz's. Need to put back my office so I can get back to zazzle! Wish me some sleep.

My, oh my

My son has croup, I have croup.....harrumph.  I never had croup, none of my brothers' had croup.  This is my and my parents first encounter with it.  I feel so bad for my son.  There has been virtually no sleep since last Thursday for the both of us.   We have medication.  I have him resting.  I am trying to rest but that is impossible as a mom.  And construction has begun!  All at once.  I will try and post the rest of the week if I can.  It really is tough when you don't feel very well but you have to be 100% to keep the day going.
If you see nothing, I am sleeping!!

Yesterdays sick day has continued to today.

Doctor appointments and tending to a sore throat of my own.  My son is on medication for a few days. Will need another day to recover for the both of us.  Not fun...

Resting today.

My son has a terrible cold.  I haven't slept in two days and I am starting to get it.  I don't think I will send him to school today by the way he sounds.  I just hope he gets over it soon.  It is a bad one.  He wants to get up and go but his body says no. I also hope I can keep myself from getting too sick also.  Off to keep him company and rest. 

I don't know what day it is.

Or what I am doing.  I thought I posted for today.  Guess I didn't so I am posting later than usual.  I only have three more holiday images to upload!  I will finish it today.  I do have some other small ones that I did on a whim but I don't count those for the big upload.  I will put those on at another time.  Then it is back to the motorcycles and finish them up.  It will be hit or miss for me next week as construction begins. Exciting times!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!  We are going from 70 degrees today to maybe the middle 50's on Sunday.  Finally Autumn is upon us!

8 to go!

Only 8 more Holiday images to post!  I am almost done!  I have so many other ideas but they have to wait.  I still have mountains of motorcycles to post.  I was supposed to do one or two during my winter holiday image posting but that never happened.  Glad I wrote everything down on how I placed each picture on each product or I would be in trouble!

Rained yesterday, had a million appointments and errands but managed to get some images on Zazzle.  Today will be relatively quite so I should get through some more of my backlog.

Working feverishly...

We are having some construction in the upcoming week and part will effect the wall I have in my office.  My shelves and computer will need to be moved for a short time until the one part is complete.  I don't think it will be much more than 2 days.  I want to finish my winter uploads just in case.  I also will be helping with the finishing work of the new room so I will not have as much time to create.

I was working on a Santa image yesterday, just can't get a good background.  That took too much time but you just have to get it right!

Happy!!!

My son had a dentist appointment early yesterday, that is why there was no post.  He did great!  He has a few more appointments but nothing but minor stuff.  Happy!!!

So I did not get any art work done yesterday.  Was organizing my office again.  Must do that every few weeks or it will get out of control.  I will be back posting today!

Whoa!!

I got two Christmas images uploaded and posted yesterday.  It was a miracle!!  I have two ready to go today and will have them posted as well.  Now that I have gotten some self training on making some backgrounds I think I am ready to go.

There will be no post on Monday. My son has an appointment early in the morning, very, very early.  I wanted to make sure he could still go to school so I made sure he got the first appointment of the day.  Now lets see how it goes getting him up in time!  He may still be in PJ's as I load him in the car!

I consider myself a healthy person...

but sometimes the little issues hit at the same time.  I had some mouth issues with some sort of gluten ingestion and now my jaw has decided to swell and lock (TMJ) but last night and today are the worst.  Come on, need not all this at once!

I am still working on getting more posted, with the jaw pain, mouth pain etc I am now even farther behind on my imaginary deadline.

Wednesday!

Half way through the week!  Can't believe how fast this month is going.  Seems like I am toiling away on the computer but not much progress being done.  You have those days!  I know the weather has changed just by the state of my hands.  They are so dry.  Been putting cream on them but still so dry.  Need industrial strength moisturizer!!!

Yea it's Fall

I can not get warm.  Brrr.  Some rain today.  I have increased my hot tea consumption to try and offset the chill.  I am not complaining because I do love the seasonal changes just need a few days to adjust.  I bet when I do adjust we will get a spell of warm weather!

Halloween costume is purchased and here for my son!  Don't have to make one this year.  That is good, need a break from massive projects. Nothing really done new for Zazzle yesterday. Did make a bunch of sales.  So happy about that.  Today I want to create a special background for one of my images and see if I can get it posted.

October weather is here.

What a weekend! Beautiful, cool and breezy.  A perfect fall day times two.  My car is ready for the winter, the summer clothes are switched out to fall and winter and I found my paper snowflake patterns, yea!

Did some more studying of creating seamless backgrounds and I almost got it figured out. Will get more Christmas posted this week too.

Big Learning Curve.

Well I did some research into making backgrounds but haven't quite found the one that clicks with my brain.  I only had about an hour or so yesterday to looking into some tutorials so I will do some more again today.  I have been using pre-made ones but I know I can create my own backgrounds and I certainly do!

Can't believe it is October 3rd already.  Last warm day and the cold will come in tomorrow.  The summer weather is officially ending!  AND...the deer ATE my last baby ZUCCHINI!!!! Well I hope that it helped them out cause I was really looking forward to making zucchini bread.

Going to teach myself...

how to make very nice seamless backgrounds.  I have dabbled a bit but really not as fancy as I want and I need some new inspiration so I am taking a few days to watch tutorials and read how others create such fabulous backgrounds.  I have the ideas in my head, just need to find out how to get them out! 

I know I am not going to reach my goal of all Christmas on by Friday and it is stressing me out, too much.  My jaw has now swollen (TMJ) and causing some pain.  That is no way to treat something that is supposed to be joyful and relaxing.  I need to step back and just let myself relax.

Not much progress...

Not going to make my deadline, too much to handle in the short time and with surprise interruptions I certainly will not be able to make my goal.  That's okay.
